Cherry salsa

1 | tablespoon | Minced dried chipotle chiles |
⅓ | cup | Dried cherries; coarsely chopped |
⅓ | cup | Cherry jam |
1½ | tablespoon | Vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped cilantro |
Directions
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
NOTES : Make this sweet/tart sauce for use on pork and beef roasts, baked potatoes or in a sandwich or wrap with turkey, pork or beef.
