Strawberry salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pint Fresh strawberry
3 Sweet red pepper
2 Green bell pepper
2 Tomato
1 Anaheim pepper
¼ cup Cilantro
½ cup Honey
½ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Triple Sec
2 tablespoons Tequila
1 teaspoon Dried red chili pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.

Serving tip: Service 2 ounces Strawberry Salsa on grilled swordfish, poached halibut, blackened fish or grilled chicken.
