2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt -- or to taste |
¾ | teaspoon | Liquid garlic |
2 | teaspoons | Parsley -- fresh or dried |
Directions
In food processor of blender, blend garbanzo's with reserved liquid,olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt until smooth.
