2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon Black pepper -- or to taste
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
teaspoon Salt -- or to taste
¾ teaspoon Liquid garlic
2 teaspoons Parsley -- fresh or dried

Directions

In food processor of blender, blend garbanzo's with reserved liquid,olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt until smooth.
