Chicken & broccoli cassarole

2 | Chicken breasts | |
1½ | cup | Chopped broccoli |
1 | Cream of chicken soup | |
½ | cup | Onion, diced |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
1 | Topping: | |
1 | pack | Canned biscuits |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
1 | Egg |
Directions
Mix first four ingredients in 2½ qt cassarole. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375. Seperate biscuits and cut in half rounds. Arrange on top of cassarole. Beat egg well add sour cream. Pour over top of biscuits.
