Chicken almond salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked chicken; cubed
cup Diced celery
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Seedless white grapes
1 cup Toasted almonds
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon White pepper
¼ cup Light cream
2 Hard cooked eggs; sliced

Directions

Mix chicken, celery, lemon juice & chill at least 1 hour. Add grapes & almonds. Combine rest of ingredients except eggs. Tos chicken mixture with mayonnaise & spices. Garnish with hard-cooked egg. Serves 8.
