Chicken and barley stew

1 | teaspoon | Sage |
1 | teaspoon | Thyme |
1 | teaspoon | Poultry Seasoning |
20 | ounces | Nonfat Chicken Broth |
Water; To Cover And Additional As Need |
Directions
I browned the chicken in a frying pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Put it and all the other ingredients into the crockpot. I put enough water in to cover everything and checked it every few hours so that it would not cook dry. Cooked it on low about 7 hrs.
It was excellent!!
