Chicken and sausage bake

3 pounds Frying chicken
2 eaches Garlic -- minced
1 pounds Sweet italian sausage
1 each Pepper, sweet -- green
16 ounces Tomatoes

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces) and sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole until browned. Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into chunks). Bake, covered, 1½ hours, or until broth is somewhat reduced and chicken is tender.
