Chicken chow mein casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Garlic cloves; minced
8 ounces Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 small Red bell pepper; sliced
½ cup Slivered almonds
1 can Water chestnuts; diced
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
3 cups Chicken, cooked and cubed
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 Green onions; chopped
¾ cup Mayonnaise
1 can Chow mein noodles

Directions

In large skillet, saute garlic, mushrooms and red pepper in 1-2 tablespoons butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.

Heat through. Put in 11x7 or 9x13 pan. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
