Chicken corn-meal soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 cups Chicken broth
¼ cup Diced onion
1 cup Diced potatoes
1 cup Chopped chicken
¼ cup Corn-meal
Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables. Cover. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Sift in corn-meal slowly, stirring constantly. Add chicken. Season to taste. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
