Chicken crepes hollandaise

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Basic Crepe recipe
2 cups Cooked chicken strips
1 each Bunch broccoli, cooked
1 each Recipe med. cream sauce

Directions

Make crepes, put wax paper between each cooked crepe. Lay strips of cooked chicken in center of each crepe, top chicken with broccoli spears, letting flower of broccoli extend just over the edge of the crepe. Top all with about two tablespoons of the cream sauce. Fold sides of crepe to center and lay the crepes in a low edge baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min or until heated through. Top all with hollandaise sauce and put under broiler until the top just begins to brown. Serve immediately. Posted by Sheila Exner - Jan. '95 Submitted By SHEILA EXNER On 02-06-95
