Chicken livers paprika

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken livers
1 Medium-sized onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Flour juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons Cream
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Beer salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute halved livers in butter about 3 minutes. Saute onion until soft. Stir in paprika and flour. Add beer gradually, then the lemon juice. Season to taste and add cream. Simmer for 4 minutes.
