Chicken mushroom salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked chicken mushrooms; chopped
1 cup Celery; thinly sliced
1 small Head romaine lettuce; washed, spun dry, and torn into pieces
6 tablespoons Olives; sliced
6 tablespoons Almonds; toasted and slivered
½ cup Wild mustard seed mayonnaise (recipe to follow)
3 tablespoons Field garlic leaves; finely snipped

Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well.

Yield: 6 servings.
