Fabulous mushroom salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Fresh mushrooms
1 cup Italian salad dressing
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Dried whole basil
½ teaspoon Onion salt
1 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
½ pounds Spinach; torn
Cooked crumbled bacon; for ganrish
Tomato wedges; for garnish

Directions

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towel. Combine with next 4 ingredients, tossing gently; sprinkle with parsley. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
