Chicken salad bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sliced celery
½ cup Chopped onion
3 tablespoons Butter
cup Mayonnaise
cup Milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cups Cooked chicken
2 5 oz. cans sliced water
Chestnuts
2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Saute the celery and onion in the butter. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 08-26-95
