Chicken salad tea sandwiches

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Chopped; cooked chicken
¼ cup Chopped celery
teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons Chopped green olives
4 slices Thin-sliced sandwich bread
4 teaspoons Soft butter or margarine

Directions

Combine chicken, celery, salt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and olives.

Spread each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine, then with 3 tablespoons chicken salad mixture. Trim crusts and cut each slice crosswise into four finger sandwiches. Yield: 16 open-face finger sandwiches.
