Chicken squares and mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked Chicken; diced
1 cup Cooked Rice
2 cups Toasted Bread Crumbs
½ cup Celery; diced
¼ cup Pimento; chopped
4 Eggs; beaten
2 teaspoons Salt
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup; undiluted
cup Milk

Directions

Combine chicken, rice, bread crubs, celery and pimento. To the beaten eggs, add salt and broth, stir into chicken mixture. Put in greased baking dish.

Bake 55 min. at 350°. Cut in squares and serve with mushroom sauce.

FOR THE SAUCE:

combine ⅓ c milk and 1 can mushroom soup and heat thoroughly.
