Mushroom quicke squares

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
ounce Cremini mushrooms; chop, saute, drain
ounce Haeluva Good Cheddar-Monterey Jack; shredded
¼ Dozen eggs
¾ cup Milk
2⅜ tablespoon Flour
¼ Stick butter; melted
1⅝ Pinches garlic; minced
Salt and pepper

Directions

Blend all ingredients except butter until smooth. Pour enough of the butter into a large baking pan to heavily coat--add remaing to batter. Pour batter into pans.

Bake at 350øF until puffy, 24 to 45 minutes.
