Chilled clam bisque

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
ounce Can minced clams, undrained
1 cup Light cream
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Chopped chives Paprika to taste

Directions

Blend clams and liquid at high speed until smooth. Add cream, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt; blend until well mixed. Transfer to large bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Before serving, sprinkle with chives and paprika.
