Chinese style cabbage

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Shortening
3 cups Cabbage; finely shredded
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 medium Green Bell Pepper; chopped
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Heat shortnening in skillet. Drop in vegetables, stir well. Cover tightly.

Steam 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring several times. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Serves 4 - 6
