2¾ | cup | Cake flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | Sticks (1 Cup) unsalted butter, softened | |
½ | cup | (packed) light brown sugar |
½ | cup | Granulated sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
2 | larges | Eggs |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla extract |
6 | ounces | Semisweet chocolate chips (about 1 Cup) |
6 | ounces | Milk chocolate chips (about 1 Cup) |
6 | ounces | White chocolate chips (about 1 Cup) |
3 | ounces | Peanut butter chips (about 1/2 Cup) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, cream the butter, sugar and honey. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture and all of the chips. Stir just until blended. Don't over mix. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
