Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
16 | ounces | Corn chips |
10 | ounces | Mini pretzel twists |
9 | ounces | Ridged potato chips |
5 | ounces | Cheese balls |
½ | cup | Butter; melted |
1 | ounce | Ranch salad dressing mix; (DRY) |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300F. In a large bowl, combine the corn chips, pretzels, potato chips, and cheese balls; mix well. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the dressing mix; mix well. Pour over the snack mixture; toss to coat evenly. Place on rimmed baking sheets and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
NOTE: If you want this to have a real "kick," make a spicy seasoning mix by adding 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon ground thyme, and 1-½ teaspoons cayenne pepper to the melted butter.
