Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||

Salt and pepper -- to taste | ||
Lettuce | ||
Paprika | ||
Mayonnaise |
Directions
Sprinkle the chitterlings with lemon juice and let stand for at least 1 hour. Add celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Serve on beds of lettuce.
