Chopped summer salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Head romaine lettuce, washed
And dried
5 Plum tomatoes
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ cup Olive oil
1 Cucumber, peeled, halved,
Seeded and sliced
2 teaspoons Capers
1 small Red onion, quartered and
Sliced very thin
1 tablespoon Chopped dill
Salt and pepper

Directions

Slice romaine leaves into ⅛-inch strips. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise, and each half into 6 pieces. Stir together lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and add vinaigrette to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
