Chinaberry salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Cooked chicken, diced
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (1lb) chinese vegetables, drained
1 bunch Scallions, sliced
Lettuce, or cabbage leaves
1 cup Cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
1 cup Prepared low-calorie Italian style dressing

Directions

In a large bowl, mix chicken, celery, pineapple, chinese vegetables and scallions. Spoon mixture innto salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and dressing until smooth and well blended. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat all pieces. Makes 8 serving. Approx 164 calories per serving.
