Chocolate bourbon balls^

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | (6 oz) semisweet chocolate |
| Morsels, melted | ||
| ½ | cup | Bourbon |
| 3 | tablespoons | Light corn syrup |
| 2½ | cup | Vanilla wafer crumbs (about |
| 70 | Cookies) | |
| ½ | cup | Sifted powdered sugar |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped pecans |
Directions
Stir first 3 ingredients until blended.
In a large bowl combine crumbs, powdered sugar, and pecans; stiring well add chocolate mixture. Cover and let stand at room temperture 30 mins.
Shape mixture into 1" balls; put in granulated sugar. Store in airtight container in refigertor.
