Coffee bourbon balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Maxell House instant coffee
¼ cup Bourbon
1 tablespoon Water
2 cups Fine vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup Chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons Light corn syrup
1 cup Confectioners sugar
dash Salt

Directions

Dissolve coffee in bourbon and water in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thorougly. Roll into balls, using a rounded teaspoon of mixture for each. Store in tightly covered container for several days, then roll in additional confectioners sugar.
