¼ cup Unsweetened dutch cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Orange peel; grated
3 tablespoons Orange juice freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons Margarine, diet; melted
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon Fructose
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ cup Egg substitute, real
2 Egg whites; beaten
¾ cup Bread crumbs; fine
1 cup Strawberries, wash & sliced or raspberries

Recipe by: Skinny Chocolate - ISBN 0-940625-80-6 CRUST: Use food processor fitted with steel blade. Combine all crust ingredients, or toss crust ingredients in bowl, using mixing spoon.

Pat crumbs onto 12-inch pizza pan. Preheat oven to 375 F.

FILLING: Soak raisins in rum 10 mins. Spoon cheese into deep bowl. Add cocoa, raisins and rum, orange peel, orange juice, fructose, and cinnamon. Blend in egg substitute, egg whites, and crumbs. Spoon filling over crust. Bake pizza 30 mins. Cool, slice, and serve sprinkled with berries.
