Chocolate chip mashed potato candy

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Powdered sugar
8 ounces Coconut
⅔ cup Potato-mashed
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon White corn syrup

Directions

>From Dorothy Tapping:

Combine powdered sugar, coconut and mashed potatoes; mix until smooth.

Spread in a greased 8 or 9-inch square pa. Melt chocolate chips and add corn syrup. Spread over potato mixture. Chill 2 hours. Cut into squares.
