1 Stick butter
½ cup Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup Cold Water
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Plain Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
½ cup Butter Milk
1 Stick Butter
3 tablespoons Cocoa
6 tablespoons Butter Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Box Powder Sugar, Sifted

1. Put the BUTTER, VEGETABLE OIL, COCOA, and WATER in a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Using a mixer, combine the SUGAR, FLOUR, BAKING SODA, VANILLA, EGGS, and BUTTER MILK in a large bowl. 3. Pour hot mixture in to the bowl and mix well. 4. Pour mixture in to a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.

Put the BUTTER, COCOA, and BUTTERMILK in a pot and bring to a boil. 2.

Remove from heat and add the POWDER SUGAR and the VANILLA. 3. Mix well. 4.

Pour over cake.
