Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Plus 2 T unsweet cocoa |
| Powder | ||
| 3¼ | cup | Granulated sugar |
| 1⅓ | cup | Cornstarch |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until blended. Pour into a 6-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place.
Use within 3 or 4 months. Makes about 6 cups mix.
