Chocolate pudding and pie filling mix

Ingredients

1½ cup Plus 2 T unsweetened cocoa-powder; sifted
3¼ cup Granulated sugar
1⅓ cup Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Above mix
2¾ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING

In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until all ingredients evenly distributed. Pour into a 6-cup container with a tight- fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3-4 months.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING: In a saucepan combine pudding mix and milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into 6 serving bowls. Makes 6 servings (from "Make-A-Mix")
