2⅔ cup Ricotta cheese, low-fat
teaspoon Aspartame sweetener
large Pinch unsweetened dutch cocoa powder
large Pinch aspartame sweetener

Directions

Recipe by: Skinny Chocolate - ISBN 0-940625-80-6 Combine cocoa and rum and stir until smooth. Add mixture to ricotta. Add aspartame and stir together well.

Spoon pudding into glass bowl. Cover and chill 3 hours or more. Mix a large pinch each of cocoa and aspartame and sprinkle over pudding.

Divide pudding among 8 dessert bowls.
