Chocolate shortbread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Butter or margarine
cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
cup Confectioner's sugar
1 dash Salt
cup All-purpose flour

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful 2 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 deg. for about 20 min. or until the cookies are set. Yield: about 4 dozens.
