1. USE 3½ GAL LIQUID FRESH CHOCOLATE ICE MILK-SHAKE MIX.

2. FREEZE TO A TEMPERATURE OF 18F TO 22F (ABOUT 10 MINUTES) OR UNTIL PRODUCT CAN BE DRAWN WITH A STIFF CONSISTENCY THAT WILL HOLD A PEAK.
