6-oz packages Pepperidge Farm Cappuccino cookies, broken
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temp.
1 large Egg yolk

Directions

COOKIE CRUST

Finely grind cookies in processor. Add butter and yolk and blend well.

Press crumbs evenly and firmly over ice cream and truffle filling (do not cover bowl rim). Cover and freeze overnight. (Can be prepared 4 days ahead.)
