Cinnamon-apple breakfast quesadilla

Quantity Ingredient
2 6-inch flour tortillas
1 teaspoon Cinnamon-sugar, divided
2 tablespoons Vanilla yogurt (optional)
½ cup Chunky applesauce, divided
¼ cup Shredded Monterey Jack
Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Place one tortilla on ungreased baking sheet. Spread half applesauce over tortilla; reserve half for garnish. Sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar over applesauce. Top with cheese and second tortilla. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
