½ | pounds | Walnut; lightly toasted |
2 | Juice of lemon | |
¼ | cup | Orange juice; from frozen concentrate, thawed |
2 | ounces | Honey |
Directions
1.core, seed, & dice apples. Please leave on the skin.
2. peel, section & seed the citrus.
3. lightly toast walnuts in the oven.
4. combine al fruit & nutsl & toss 5. the dressing is the honey, orange concentrate, & lemon juice.drizzle over fruit before serving.
