Clay cooked fish dinner

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Haddock, cod or bluefish (2
large Fillets)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice (to 2)
2 teaspoons Low cal margarine
¼ pounds Onions -- peeled and
Chopped
½ teaspoon Mustard seed
Salt and pepper
Lemon slices

Directions

Soak top and bottom of sm. clay cooker in water for 15 mins. Drain.

Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Let fish stand for a few minutes. Dot margarine in clay cooker. Add fish, onions and mustard seed. Cover and place in center of cold oven. Bake at 400 F. for 30 mins. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon slices.
