Cocktail chiffon pie

Ingredients

1 | pack | (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese |
1 | Jell-o; (4 serv size) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix | |
⅔ | cup | Nonfat dry milk powder |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Kool Whip Lite-divided |
1 | can | (16 oz) fruit cocktail; packed in its own juice, drained |
1 | Keebler; (6 oz) graham-cracker crust |
Directions
In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add pudding mix, dry milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in 1/2c Kool Whip. Add fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mixture into piecrust. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip.
