Cocktail chiffon pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
1 Jell-o; (4 serv size) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup Water
1 cup Kool Whip Lite-divided
1 can (16 oz) fruit cocktail; packed in its own juice, drained
1 Keebler; (6 oz) graham-cracker crust

Directions

In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add pudding mix, dry milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in 1/2c Kool Whip. Add fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mixture into piecrust. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip.
