Date: Tue, 11 Jun 1996 21:11:43 -0400 From: Linda Robinson <CatRescuer@...> Preheat oven to 350x F. Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In medium saucepan melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 3" apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake 9 minutes or until cookies spread thin and are deep brown (cookies will still be soft). Cool 2 minutes on sheets. Working quickly with spatula, remove cookies to wire rack; cook completely. Sprinkle, if desired, with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 2½ dozen cookies.
