Coconut oatmeal cookies #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Butter or margarine
¾ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Lightly packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
1 cup Rolled oats
¾ cup Coconut
½ cup Wheat germ
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
cup Raisins

Directions

coconut, wheat germ, baking powder and baking soda; mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.

Flatten slightly with floured fork. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 min. or until light golden. Makes about 36 cookies.
