1 | cup | Whipping cream |
Whipped cream (opt) | ||
¼ | cup | Coffee liqueur |
¼ | cup | Chopped pecans (opt) |
1 | cup | Strong hot coffee |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Soften gelatin in coffee liqueur. Dissolve in hot coffee. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in cream. Pour into a mold. Chill until set. To serve, tum out of mold onto serving plate. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
