1 small Cabbage
1 Egg
¼ cup Vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Mustard

Directions

Chop cabbage fine. Mix egg, vinegar, salt and mustard; cook until thickened. Cool thoroughly; pour over cabbage.
