HOT FARINA (E00100) 1. ADD SALT TO WATER; BRING TO A BOIL. 2. MIX CEREAL WITH COLD WATER; POUR INTO BOILING WATER STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL WATER RETURNS TO A BOIL
STIRRING FREQUENTLY. TURN OFF HEAT BEFORE SERVING.
HOT HOMINY GRITS (E00101) 1. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE EXCEPT CEREAL AND SALT ARE ADDED DIRECTLY TO BOILING WATER.
HOT ROLLED OATS (E00102) 1. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT HOMINY GRITS EXCEPT REDUCE THE COOKING TIME TO 1 TO 3 MINUTES.
