Super cereal

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Nonfat yogurt, plain or your favorite flavor
1 Banana
½ cup Your favorite low-sugar cereal
½ cup Fresh blueberries, or any kind of berry you like

Directions

Spoon the ½ cup of yogurt into the middle of the cereal bowl. Peel the banana and break into small chunks. Put the banana chunks around the spoonful of yogurt. Sprinkle the ½ cup of cereal on top of the yogurt and banana. Sprinkle the ½ cup of berries all over the cereal.
