Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons Water
1 each Egg
1½ cup Oatmeal
1 cup Dark brown sugar.

Directions

Sift flour salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into bowl. Mix in veg.

oil, 3 tbsp. water, and egg. Mix in ½ C. raisins, 1-½ C. oatmeal and 1 C. brown sugar. Drop small teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
