Millet, 2 to 3* cups water, cook 35 to40 minutes, yield 3 ½ cups/ Oats Whole (Groats), 3 ½ cups water, cook 50 to 60 minutes, yield 3 cups Steel-Cut, 4 cups water, cook 40 to 45, yield 3 cups.
