Cool cantaloupe shake

½ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

In blender process: Until blended and smooth (see note). Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with cantaloupe slices, if desired. Makes 2 servings.

Pineapple-Spice Shake

Prepare as for Cool Cantaloupe Shake, recipe above, substituting: 1-½ cups unsweentened pineapple juice instead of cantaloupe add ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon.

Garnish with fresh or canned pineapple slices and fresh mint sprigs, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
