2 cups Cornmeal
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Sugar
2 Large eggs;beaten OR egg substitutes
1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven 400F. Sift together cornmeal and baking soda into large bowl; add sugar.

Make a well in center and pour in eggs, yogurt and oil. Stir together well and bake for 15 min.
