4 | ounces | Green Chiles; Diced |
1 | small | Onion; Finely Chopped |
1 | cup | Corn Kernels; Thawed |
1 | cup | Mexican Cheese With Taoc Seasoning; Shredded |
32 | Round Tortilla Chips |
Directions
Preheat the broiler. Drain the peppers and place in bowl. Add onion, corn and cheese to the peppers and mix gently until the ingredients are well combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place about 1 tbsp of the mixture on top of each tortilla chip. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 2 minutes, until the cheese melts and the chips begin to brown. Serve hot.
